How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:

• With caregivers you invite — limited to the reminder and status information you authorize them to see.
• With service providers — companies that perform functions on our behalf, such as cloud hosting, analytics, and notification delivery through Apple, Google, and similar systems, under obligations of confidentiality.
• As required by law — in response to a subpoena, court order, or legal process, or to protect the rights and safety of Remindful AI LLC, our users, or others.
• In connection with a business transaction — in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Privacy Policy.

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
